Ceiling rose kit in brass or chrome - used
This is a used ceiling rose kit. It comes with a used brass or chrome ceiling rose, a new length of chrome chain and a new brass or chrome s-hook (if needed).
A chandelier should hang aproximately 300mm above head height. You will need to adjust the chain so that it hangs at the correct height.
The width of the ceiling rose is 65mm and the height is 52mm. Some chandeliers have a hook on the actual chandelier. If it just has a loop then you will also need to use an s-hook to attach it to the chain. This s-hook measures 30mm.
For an average house, a 250mm length of chain will suffice - this is what I am providing in this pack. Let me know if you need a longer piece.
You can work this out by adding up 300mm (space allowed above your head to bottom of chandelier) + height of chandelier + ceiling rose at 52mm + s-hook if needed at 30mm. You will then be able to see how long a piece of chain you will need.
The chain I am providing says it is tested at up to 40kg but not actually recommended for this weight. The weight of an average chandelier is about 3kg. I would recommend this rose and chain for small and medium size chandeliers.

Our lighting has all been tested and earthed but will need to be installed by a qualified electrician.
All of our furniture has been through our antique restoration workshop.
