A Georgian mahogany document box dating from around 1800, featuring a traditional sliding lid with recessed finger pull. Constructed from solid mahogany with a rich warm patina developed over more than two centuries. Originally intended for storing deeds, documents or correspondence, typical of the Georgian period. The inside measurements of the box the height internally is 88 mm and the width is 230 mm is 381 mm

Installation
Our lighting has all been tested and earthed but will need to be installed by a qualified electrician.
All of our furniture has been through our antique restoration workshop.

For large items, we can quote separately for delivery via a specialist antiques courier company. Alternatively, you can arrange your own transport or collect in person by prior appointment.
